For that reason, the colleagues who travel from site to site to assemble systems and service them have a unique status. They hold the final key to the success of our projects and are well entitled to do so autonomously, though always with the support of a committed team.

Our application process
Don’t expect a standard, off-the-peg recruitment process at Callens! Just like the bespoke projects we develop for our clients, your application process will also be one of a kind.
Tailored to your needs
Each process is unique. A HR colleague will invite you for an introductory meeting during which we assess your expectations against the job requirements. If you would like more in-depth information from a future colleague in the department, we will organise that there and then. Is travelling to our head office causing you a problem? Then we will come to meet you at our branch closest to you (Geel or Liège) or we meet digitally. Would we do well to fast-track your application so that you can get off to a quick start? Consider it done!
Honesty first
We will honestly and transparently tell you what your job will entail, what perks you are entitled to and what the future can bring. If we think you’d be better suited to another vacancy or to one of our other companies even we will - as always - level with you.
